Learning what to do then doing it is an informative approach: every athlete (as well as any observer) has a skill-set level. LSA Softball players will learn something from each class and have an opportunity to set goals and reach them.

The physical requirements for the Adult Athletic Conditioning Class will be based on a progressive measurement of improvement. We believe that testing and tracking are extremely important to athletic development.

All participants will begin our program in the ‘beginner’ stage of each class will be based on the specific demands of the sport or desired outcome. For example, we will not test football players on the exact same exercises that we test baseball players.

I thought I needed to just hit balls.
It was an education on Training Properly, how to use my body more efficiently
and create goals for hitting the long ball. WE were on a 300 foot fenced field.
By the end of my training session, I was hitting the fence!!
I look forward to also having Adam train my daughter in Fastpitch softball.

Three days later played a double header. I remember how important it is to relax and be patient with my plan and vision. It all came together and I did not have to think about it, I hit my first ever over the fence Homerun!!!!!!
